Explore a remote island as Robert Hughes, a plague-stricken scientist searching for a cure. Fever, dehydration, and exhaustion make water and refuge essential, while a deadly creature can stalk you through the island’s vegetation.

Survival Loop and Progression

Discover plants and fungi, research their properties, and synthesize medicines to sustain exploration and develop a cure. Use visible landmarks and triangulation to construct a map rather than relying on an automatically revealed landscape. Existing camps, outposts, and ruins provide shelter, equipment, maps, and clues; they are places to find, not player-built bases.

Modes and Availability

Available as a paid solo game on Windows. The game is a survival adventure with research and exploration objectives, not a construction sandbox. Its mature content includes improvised fictional medicines, blood, injuries, and dead bodies. Published requirements date from its original release, so they should not be read as a guarantee for every modern PC.
