RuneScape: Dragonwilds Survival Experience

Establish a foothold on Ashenfall, a remote continent where food, water, hostile creatures, and magical resources shape survival. This is a fantasy survival RPG with quests and skill progression, not the RuneScape MMORPG.

Survival Loop and Progression

Gather materials, build a base, prepare food and potions, and develop skills that unlock practical spells. Magical abilities can accelerate harvesting, fishing, and exploration, while quests and boss encounters lead toward the Dragon Queen. Sustenance and hydration need replenishment; rest bonuses are different from a separate mandatory fatigue system. The world is hand-crafted rather than procedurally generated.

Modes and Availability

Available as a paid released game on Windows, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. The Nintendo edition requires Switch 2, not the original Switch. Solo and online co-op support one to four players in total, with cross-platform play. Version 1.0 launched in September 2026. The Deluxe Edition adds cosmetic and decorative content, and further updates continue after the full release.
